This is a wonderful circa 1930's bronze hound dog striker lighter by Ronson Art Metal Works that is excellent working condition.

It was just professionally restored; with a new striker flint installed, a new wick, and new cork feet.  You don't see many of these in the bronze finish, much less in working condition, so it's quite unique compared to most you will find.  It's also in exceptional condition, with no damage.   It measures approximately 4 3/4 inches in height.
